Who Am I?
Hey - I’m Maddy Telford an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist who is passioante about providing personalised, evidence-based exercise support for people managing injuries, chronic health conditions, and exercise recovery before or after surgery.
I work with individuals of all ages with experience in supporting a wide range of needs including pain management, reduced mobility, chronic conditions and rehabilitation. I also have a strong interest in working with older adults, particularly in the areas of balance, falls prevention, and maintaining independence as we age.
My approach is friendly, supportive, and tailored to each individual. I take the time to understand your health history, confidence levels, and goals, and design exercise programs that feel safe, achievable, and appropriate for where you are right now.
I offer private exercise sessions, group exercise classes, and services for NDIS and DVA clients, all delivered in a welcoming and supportive environment.
